Delivery Policy

Most Orders received and released and processed before 3.00pm Monday through Friday will be shipped out the same day. 

You will receive email notification of despatch and a text message if a valid mobile number has ben provided from our couriers,  which will allow you to track your order to your door.

Most orders to UK addresses are delivered the next business/working day which are classed as Monday to Friday and does not include weekends. Orders shipped outside the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail, International Signed For.

Saturday deliveries will be processed on orders up to Friday 2pm.  Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed to be delivered on the Saturday following.

Please note that Bank and Public Holidays are not classed as working days,  this includes Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May and August Bank Holidays and any other special Holidays shown on the UK calender.  To see a list of UK Holidays please see https://www.gov.uk/bank-holidays
 
For orders that are not to UK Mainland destinations, including Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Highlands,  and the European Union destinations may incur a delay in delivery or additional delivery charges.

In the event that we cannot deliver your order or a part of your order we will endeavour to inform you within 2 working days via email.

It is also important to note that Non UK Mainland Deliveries are not a guaranteed next day service.

 

 
European, International and BFPO Orders

All international and special circumstance deliveries are currently processed manually. The cost of shipping is applied to the order by PC Upgrade staff and an e-mail is then sent out with the updated order. The customer can then check how much delivery will cost and decide whether to complete or cancel the order. If the incorrect shipping is applied by the customer you will be contacted outlining the exact cost of shipping.

Customers are responsible for any duties, customs taxes or other additional costs incurred on receiving the item.

 

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping Rates are based on a flat rate up to 10KG, except for Desktop or Laptop Memory only orders, if your order exceeds this we will then contact you with an estimate based on weight, size, delivery speed and geographical location.
